Let's see if I can help out...

*Plaghatar*
This "unseen creature" from 13tplor is not illustrated. It spends the entire
fight under the surface of a thick bog; all Lone Wolf sees of it are limbs,
each of which is a "plant-like tendril", looking like "a leafy vine" and
moving "with the speed of a striking snake". (It's not actually a plant,
though.) Once injured, "row upon row of barbed claws spring out" from its
tendrils; the barbs are venomous. The fight with it leaves "threads of dark
crimson blood" on the bog's surface, though that might just be Lone Wolf's
blood.

The Plaghatar is described in sections
155<http://www.projectaon.org/xhtml/lw/13tplor/sect155.htm>,
19 <http://www.projectaon.org/xhtml/lw/13tplor/sect19.htm>,
273<http://www.projectaon.org/xhtml/lw/13tplor/sect273.htm>,
339 <http://www.projectaon.org/xhtml/lw/13tplor/sect339.htm>,
47<http://www.projectaon.org/xhtml/lw/13tplor/sect47.htm>,
and 129 <http://www.projectaon.org/xhtml/lw/13tplor/sect129.htm>.

*Rahgu*
These creatures (the name is plural) from 08tjoh appear in
Illustration 6<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/08tjoh/ill6.htm>
.

The Raghu are also described in sections
123<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/08tjoh/sect123.htm>and
339 <http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/08tjoh/sect339.htm>.

*Squalls*
I can't find any monsters by this name; I've checked for variations like "c"
or "k" instead of "qu" (not uncommon for French spellings) and just one "l".
It's possible, though unlikely, that Szalls are meant?

*Storgh*
I can only find one reference to this creature in the gamebooks, in
18dotd, section
36 <http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/18dotd/sect36.htm>, where it's
used only in a figure of speech. However, more detail on it does exist (such
as a Magnamund Tome
entry<http://www.lw-oasis.org/oasis-archive/study/tome/s.html#storgh>and
the Lone
Wolf Wikia <http://lonewolf.wikia.com/wiki/Storgh>). I can only suppose this
information comes from the Legends.

*Xargath*
This colossal sea serpent appears at some length in 12tmod, in sections
starting from 241 <http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/12tmod/sect241.htm>.
It is depicted in Illustration
4<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/12tmod/ill4.htm>,
as well as small illustration
2<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/12tmod/small2.gif>
.

*Naflin*
Can't find this one either. There are no names (or other capitalised words,
except "Naphtha") starting with Naf or Naph.

*Dakomyd*
Ahh, everyone's favourite bringer of end-of-book stupid death. It appears in
several sections starting at
334<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/06tkot/sect334.htm>,
and is depicted in Illustration
20<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/06tkot/ill20.htm>,
though this seems to disagree with the text on several points (like its
limbs being hairy, its body being in pieces, and it being already dead at
this point).

*Ashradon*
This winged monstrosity from 14tcok is depicted in Illustration
13<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/14tcok/ill13.htm>,
as well as being described in sections
290<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/14tcok/sect290.htm>,
229 <http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/14tcok/sect229.htm> and
101<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/14tcok/sect101.htm>
.

*Mawtaw*
This creature from 15tdc is depicted as a sabre-toothed bear (or perhaps an
obese sabre-toothed tiger) in Illustration
2<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/15tdc/ill2.htm>.
It's mentioned in sections starting from
319<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/15tdc/sect319.htm>
.

*Oudagorg*
This is a "huge worm-like creature with great black eyes and horny
mandibles", encountered in 07cd but not illustrated. Despite being described
as worm-like and slithering, it has "short, rubbery legs" that propel it.
From its mouth bubbles "a purple froth", and its body is slimy. It's
encountered in a chamber full of man-sized cocoons, presumably spun by the
Oudagorg itself.

The Oudagorg is described in sections
172<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/07cd/sect172.htm>,
34 <http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/07cd/sect34.htm>,
130<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/07cd/sect130.htm>,
86 <http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/07cd/sect86.htm>,
278<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/07cd/sect278.htm>,
233 <http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/07cd/sect233.htm>,
109<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/07cd/sect109.htm>,
209 <http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/07cd/sect209.htm> and
347<http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/lw/07cd/sect347.htm>
.
