[projectaon] Highway Holocaust XML changes

I've been busy today and have made a whole load of changes. Haven't submitted
them to
CVS yet since (a) I can't figure out how to do it or (b) I don't have update
access.
Anyway, here's the update list:
Whenever I make a comment such as "Added item class type", this means that I
started
using a new class type to represent backpack items. Backpack items are bold in
the book,
but I didn't want to simply encase them in <strong>xxx</strong>, instead I
wrapped this
in this new class type (which coincidentally, I added to my copy of the XSL as
a <strong>
;). This will need adding to the XSL at some point, unless someone wants to
argue
against it. The rest of the changes fit into the existing XSL.
