Well, I'm kinda scared....
the code is from 1997
when i ran it, the compiler complained that it was using uninitialized
variables (like its obvious that the code, as posted, doesn't work exactly
as it is)
i fixed that error and it seemed to read in the lantern data ok. It didnt
crash or anything, and spit out a bunch of vert and matrix data.
but, since the code has no graphical component i dont know if it really
worked.
at least it's a starting point i guess if we need to make a converter
