A low math but efficient way to do physics simulation, ragdoll, cloth

its kind of old, but it's interesting and still applicable.  Line rider used
some of these techniques but i didnt work with that side of the game too
much.

But, we can use this kind of stuff in our game for ragdoll cloth and
hair simulation etc (:
