Or another thing could be, there's a hidden timer that runs in the background inside the game file. Rather than record the date of the game file, it records how long you have been playing, and there e could be two timers. Timer 1 keeps track of total time played inside the mini game.locally + server Timer 2 keeps track of total time played in the mini game locally If a player is logged in to the game and they're playing the mini game, timer 1 starts, say they play for 20 minutes, start to lose, then log off, unplug network cable, etc, timer stops at 20, is saved to server and local. Player decides to bring up an old save file, reactivating timer #2, local only. The player would then have to spend at least 21 minutes inside the minigame to bring the total up higher than timer #1 in order for the server to update with the locally saved file. ============================== Project 1 Dev mailing list to unsubscribe, please send an email request to demofox@xxxxxxxxxxx Project 1 website: http://project1.demofox.org Project 1 SVN repository: http://pyotek.com/project1
