I don't want you to feel like there's a thing between us Eric.  If
anything I keep pushing too hard because I really do respect your
thoughts and vision.  Credit the tension to my impatience, and our
mutual (in my opinion at least) want to be always right.

Something I am coming to realize is that I don't have the experience
you guys do working with each other.  This is leading me to not
understand as much how everyone works together and gets things done,
and makes me think that things aren't going on at all.

Most of you have known each other much much longer than I have known
you all, too.  I can't just jump to the part where I suggest stuff
without establishing the trust and comradarie (sp?) first.. but please
know, I'm trying!
