Message: Some performance fixes (and some other fixes too).

It's running at about 40fps (CPU bound) on my laptop with all the houses built.

That's not too bad... and we should be gaining about 5ms (10fps in this case) 
back (i hope) when the enemy pathing changes are in, so i figure im just going 
to go ahead and start working on that (:

I think we should be pegged at 60fps still with the little amount of stuff we 
are doing but meh... good enough for now i think.

Let me know if this code creates any new bugs.  I tested it a bunch but you 
never know.

Onto pathing next! (:
