Message: This fixes frustum culling not working anymore.

Frustum culling is what makes the game only draw the 3d models that are 
actually on the screen to save CPU and GPU time.

Ever since i got the terrain splitting code in, the frustum culling wasn't 
working for the split terrain models.

This fixes that which seems to significantly improve performance of the game (:

Performance feedback greatly welcomed!  How's it running for you with this 
change Kent?
