Issues: * It runs slow as the town builds more due to the road decals... i need to optimize decals. * The road decal gets applied to everything (player, enemies, buildings) so i need to fix that too. The "Data_ClearValues" and a "Data_CreateValue" functions are in like we were talking about Kent I unhooked the building destruction code cause i wasn't sure how to hook it up with the new buildings. You can hook it back up if you want to. If you do, all you need to do is make sure and set the global var back to 0 for where the house was destroyed and then the house building code will build another one there eventually. I'll put that on the wiki too. Also added a neat song my dad made.
