Message: Second incremental checkin for lighting reimplementation (:

Now you can edit light volumes (aka light groups) from the editor by clicking 
"Light Volumes" under the view menu.

Doing that brings up a list of light volumes in the world, and you can double 
click one or click on one and click the 'edit' button to open the light volume 
properties window.

From there you can change the dimensions of the light volume as well as it's 
ambient light.

TODO still:
* make it so you can create and delete light volumes
* make it so you can create, delete and edit the lights in a light volume
* get positional lights working again
