You def have the talent man, now its just practice practice practice.  I really 
think when we're halfway done w/ the game all of us will have improved so much 
at everything that we'll have to go back and make another art pass to pretty 
things up so the level of artistry is consistent.  There's just so many little 
tricks and nuances that can really ONLY be learned through practical 
application of the skill
