It is specifically the texture. It is running in the wrong direction giving the look of the sides not the look it has in 3ds. Ill take screenshots and send to show you what I mean. Otherwise yeah I group the objects because MS seems to reorganize the parts if I dont :D But I need some tips on the textures. Someone mentioned its best to just do them in MS?

    Thanks for the feedback.  It is centered before I export it to
    milkshape
    but then ms does its own thing.  Ill have to be more conscious of
that. Sorry about that!

    Also the sides of the ladder (not the steps but the sides) texture
    ...they were not running the right direction so something else
    msut have
    happened during the export.  Im not sure how to correct it in
    Milkshape
    though but Ill give it a good look tomorrow to learn how.
