Message: small upgrade to debug console tab filename completion.
it now hides . and .. from the file list of matches.
Also, if there are multiple matches for what you've typed but they all share a
common name it'll do a partial file name completion.
Like if you type "sh", press tab and the results are:
shaderland.lua
shaderland_geometry.Lua
shaderland_shader.fx
it will complete what you typed to "shaderland" since it knows they all have
that first text in common.
just wanted to make it work more like a bash shell so it's quicker and easier
to type out filenames.
