Message: A lil bump map upgrade to make it a more general thing.

Before you had to write a special shader then use the Model_SetBumpMap script 
command to set the bump map.

Now you just need to use the script command because the default shader supports 
bump mapping.

The feature is basically done, it just needs an interface in the editor (i'll 
do it manually for now) and just a math upgrade to make it look better.
