Message: The engine is converted to using .fx files instead of just plain 
shaders.   This is part of our process to get dynamic lights supported again, 
and bump mapping and other modern effects in, but the game shouldn't look any 
different after you get this update :P

this has been finished for a while but it was running slowly.  i got some help 
from an internet forum and it's fast again wooo.
