Message: When an animation machine changes states it now blends from the old 
state to the new state over 0.2 seconds.

It doesnt work very well for "nonidentity" bone blends but i am going to think 
about that problem for a bit and come back to it later.

To see what i mean, in the anim test map, all the walking and idling states 
transition really smoothly, but when you do anything with waving it pops weird.
