I dunno if that's actually the reason but moving around seems to be the
quicker way for advancement hehe

but if you move around too much, people will think you are unreliable so you
gotta be like iccarus and not move around so much that you fall into the sea
lol

in game dev things are volatile and the average a person sticks around a
company is 1.5 - 2 years, i dont know what the averages are for other kinds
of companies though or web dev
