Message: the "new" console command now requires a map name (it will give you an
error if you don't give it one)
it will then create the bare minimum map for you including basic lighting and a
tick function
usage examples:
new maps/blahmap
new maps/othermap.Lua
this should simplify the map creating process so people don't have to remember
how to set it up.
if anyone wants anything added, removed or changed for the maps it generates
let me know, it's easy to change
