Tere's an issue where sometimes if you are at just the wrong angle, moving an object can freak out a little (cause of the math of how it does it and floating point number imprecision). You might have been havin that problem (and i wanna get that fixed of course!) If it comes up again, see if looking at the object from a different direction solves it.
