I haven't seen any of the concept work for the beast, and I was under the impression Katie was going to be working on it. I'd be interested, though, if you'd like me to. Just let me know where the concept work is, and I'll check it out. I'll probably add some questions there, too. Me and my questions.... :P

Whats her noodle being me, of course...I was under the impression that the beast was approved and that Gabriel was going to model the beast based on the concepts that I had already done? I'm very sorry if it's become a point of contention because of my misunderstanding, should I still be reworking it?LizOn Sun, Nov 15, 2009 at 10:34 AM, katie cook <ktmcook@xxxxxxxxx <mailto:ktmcook@xxxxxxxxx>> wrote:After this event, there were posts about modifications and color concepts etc that whats her noodle wanted to change... --- On *Sun, 11/15/09, eric drewes /<figarus@xxxxxxxxx <mailto:figarus@xxxxxxxxx>>/* wrote: From: eric drewes <figarus@xxxxxxxxx <mailto:figarus@xxxxxxxxx>> Subject: [project1dev] Fwd: Re: PLEASE POST IF YOUR WORKING ON THE STEAMPUNK BEAST To: project1dev@xxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:project1dev@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Sunday, November 15, 2009, 10:01 AM "And I hear its been approved that I can work on the biobeastie thing, but where the heck are the concepts. What I mean really is: You could give a few different people the same exact concept and they would all built/model it slightly different. With the models I have been doing personally I have been coming up with colors/look, so I am cool with doing that unless colors/design is something that they guys want done with the concept...?If everyone agrees it is cool to go ahead with it, then I canstart modeling after I finish the wagon if EROCK is cool with that. I haven't checked in with Eric as far as what is up next after we finish the fortune teller area. That might affect it. Need to make sure to stick with his production schedule..=)Anyway, let me know guys what you think and how we are lookingschedule wise...I have an extra day this weekend to work on the project so Iam hoping I can get some things wrapped up!--- On *Thu, 7/9/09, Elizabeth Patrician /<potatoart@xxxxxxxxx <http://mc/compose?to=potatoart@xxxxxxxxx>>/* wrote: From: Elizabeth Patrician <potatoart@xxxxxxxxx <http://mc/compose?to=potatoart@xxxxxxxxx>> Subject: [project1dev] Re: PLEASE POST IF YOUR WORKING ON THE STEAMPUNK BEAST To: project1dev@xxxxxxxxxxxxx <http://mc/compose?to=project1dev@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Thursday, July 9, 2009, 11:19 PM Okay, I'll work up some more designs along the lines of 3.0, different angles and whatnot. I hadn't realized that 2.0 looked like the Armored Bears...I was just going for something bulkier and more muscular than 1.0. I guess I need to be more careful about those subconscious influences! I think it is a neat idea, but I think it would be easily distinguishable and seen as too similar to those characters. What do you guys think? Please forgive my ghetto color coding, all I had to color with was a couple of highlighters (hooray for slacking at work!). The green bits are fluids/tubes/wires, the yellow is for brains/veins/biological bits, and the shadedsilver parts are all metal. These are rough concepts. Once we agree on a general shape/build for the beast, I can work up detailed images with different views and proper colors.
