xslt 2.0 Processors and Java Wrappers

Is there a command-line processor for xslt 2.0 that will run on Linux?
xsltproc seems to be for xslt 1.0.
Are there some fairly simple Java wrappers for xslt 2.0? By simple I
mean straightforward and that don't involve too many classes that have
to be fetched from the Internet.
