I don't have any helpful hints to add, but just can't believe his instructor 
would require the older version in the first place. Sounds like a major 
headache to put a student through.  Sorry, but no kudos to your 
instructor...

Hi Marv:
Don't forget to get the necessary info to rebuild the DataBases for any
projects that use them if you need to use them.
It might just be easier to manually rebuild them in any case.
Remember to coordinate all this with your Instructor, if you get really
stuck he might be the only person with enough information to pull you
through the entire process.
