Exactly! I can use Speakup to copy paste within the Linux text consoles. But I can't copy from the Linux console (guest OS) and paste it somewhere on the host machine or vice versa. -----Original Message----- From: programmingblind-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:programmingblind-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Sina Bahram Sent: 20. juli 2010 17:20 To: programmingblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: ssh client Copy/paste in this discussion, I believe, refers to guest to host and host to guest, not guest to guest and host to host. I think they are the slash (/) and star (*)keys on the NumPad. I use cut and paste all of the time between windows and Vinux gnome windows. In a gnome terminal window, you will also need to hold down the Shift key, such as Control + Shift + V, to paste. It also works with files in the File Browser.
