The group I was in here at work uses IntelliJ and it was not very accessible at 
all with JAWS.  I tried writing the company about accessibility and they did 
not want to give me much information.  It might be good if more people wrote 
them about this so maybe they would see the need to make the next releases 
accessible.

Never used IntelliJ, but I have been messing with Eclipse via Window 
Eyes for both Java and PHP lately and have been pleased with the results.
