I recommend edSharp by Jamal Mazrui.
edSharp can easily be configured to announce indentation which is essential
when coding in python.
edSharp is a fully accessible text editor.

Subject: python, what editor to use?

Hello,

I have been looking at python and seen that the IDLE program appears pretty
much inaccessible.
Browsing through the python wiki page on editors I see there's quite a host of
them, and I sort of got lost.
Could someone point out a good editor for me? Currently I am debating between
Eclipse, notepad++ and conText, but if there's something better out there for
Windows, I would be happy to hear it.

Thanks,
Florian
