pyLbc: sizing dialogs?

Hello,
Again using pyLbc, I am trying to set the size of my lbc.Dialog to
(200,400). However, the dialog is always full-screen, no matter what I
try. Is there any reason for this? I am trying to set size like this:
dlg=lbc.Dialog(title="dialog", size=wx.Size(200, 400))
but the dialog is always full screen anyway. What am I missing here? TIA.
