I would check on licensing for something like that. The people I'm making
the website for actually wrote and created the stuff that is going to be
streaming ... so they actually "own it" and can do with it what they want...

which would be a reason to allow them to be played but not downloaded, I can

buy music, I can rip it, but I can't "distribute" it without breaking 
copyright, that doesn't mean that if I can devise a way to allow folks to 
listen without downloading I can't share some of my music, eh?
