Yes, send it directly to me (actually preferable for this kind of
debugging activity).  Please make sure you are using the latest TextPal
(F11 to elevate), and that you can replicate the problem yourself with a
specific sequence of steps (a one time problem can have various causes
when dealing with the combination of an application, screen reader, and
Windows).
