Don't blame you. in say all mode it reads oh so much crap. that what you want gets to be boring just waiting for it. 

but if you would like to try it and see, go for it.
I did try to write scripts for it, but that was a while back and jaws didn't really have the power to handle it. however, it might be able to do something in there now, not sure.

It does work to a point. Just like the one for pearl and they almost look the same. The big draw back is you have to use say all mode of the screen reader to use it. Besides there are a whole lot of other editors that work it much better and give you more power to work with other languages if you have to.

if you like identation, yes.
With a braille display is quite nice to program in python, but only
with jaws, I don't like it.
