Hi,
Honestly you don't really need a tutorial. I can tell you all I know in one
short email:

Install the extension.
Create an account on the website (or through the extension).
Go into the context menu on any page and look for last pass. That'll prompt
you to login. I say do it this way because I can't figure out how to log in
through the normal extension button by the address bar.
Now when you access a web page Lastpass should fill in login details
automatically. If it does not, you can enter the context menu and go into
the Lastpass menu, then find the appropriate autofill option.
When you create an account or change your password on a site a frame will
appear at the bottom of the page with Lastpass's "Add to vault" stuff
inside, just hit add.

Final point: You can generate passwords with alt and g. I tend to copy them
to the clipboard, as well as clicking the use button. Just ensures you've
got all bases covered.
