I couldn't get the installer to work, so I got my instructor to allow me to use textpad. If he had had more time, we were going to try eclipse. I think there are a fair number of blind people using eclipse, whereas I don't know anyone successfully using netbeans with a screen reader. -----Original Message----- From: programmingblind-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:programmingblind-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of prateek aggarwal Sent: Monday, March 09, 2009 11:27 AM To: programmingblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: is someone using net beans? ok, though subject says that all, but just a bit more explaination. Is anyone on the list using net beans (java compiler)? Though I've been using eclipse for all my java programming needs, but my college will soon start using net beans IDE. So, I'd like to know if someone using the same for java programming, then please give me a quick accessibility check. Or, on the other hand, I'd like to know that what java compiler is common in the blind programmer's community. Will be eagerly waiting for your responses whether on or off the list. Please, help me!
