g++ problem resolved

hi.
well eventually got mingw installed and configured.
now i can run c++ code and compile it from the command prompt.

ps: the first time i installed it, did not use the full install, so some
parts or components did not install.
when i installed it the second time and used the full install.
seemmed to work.
