accessible vidio game development

Hi All. I am just wondering if there are any tutorials out there that teaches
accessible vidio game development? The reason i am asking is that, my company
has asked me to adapt an educational vidio game for children to make it
accessible for blind and visually impaired children for our local market. I
have done a search on google, but can't find anything appropriate. All help is
greatly appreciated. Cheers!
