UIA support was introduced in jaws 11, together with windows seven
support. And it would be very strange if AT vendor took additional cost
for every accessibility API it supports. e.g. 100 bucks for MSAA, 200
bucks for IAccessible2 and who-knows-how-many for UIA. weird.
