This is an inventive idea, but here are two flaws.

1. Many users will not use Braille, but still not be able to perceive the audio 
and visual challenges.

2. If your system was widely adopted, say by reCAPTCHA, then those interested 
in solving CAPTCHAs through automated means would definitely write an 
application to solve these challenges as well.
