Hi Marv: Rick here. I do not attack people nor have I attacked you, not on
this list and not on any other lists. It hurt my feelings that you would say
that about me.
For those on this list: Marv has a 10 th grade education. He is attempting
to take a University Level Programming class. He does not possess the
requisit background of High School English, Math nor Science to be able to
Analyze a Project and turn it into logical steps for creating calculations.
I helped him, in great detail, with 4 projects before having to give up. I
told him he needed to sign up for a few courses in English perhaps
composition, Grammer and Technical Writing. He needs a couple of classes in
Algebra and concentrate on story problems and a course in Chemistry and
Physics would help with learning story problems. I also told him he might
take Introduction to Computer Science to help in learning Analysis and
Introduction to Business if he is planning on a career in developing
Business Applications.I told him I would no longer help him as I was doing
the analysis and developing all his calculations or he could not complete
any project in the University Course he is involved in. It is up to Marv to
do his own homework but he has managed to get me and others to do it for him
for some time now.
Like I mentioned, seeing Marv say I attacked him here or anywhere else is
false, a lie to say it flat out so Marv can understand.
Sorry, for the rant but I feel hurt and angry, I spent the last 2 months
helping him, 2 to 3 hours each day, sigh. I just don't know what else to
say.
