Visit the documentation for Python 2 at www.python.org. There is a tutorial there. I would learn Python 2 before 3, because 2 has more libraries available that will allow you to do things like networking and design graphical user interfaces. Python 3 is the new thing, while 2 has been supported for years.

I got this tutorial called "Diving into Python" but it is dated 2004 and I do not know how valid it still is. I also read that there are versions 2 and 3 of Python now. Any suggestions? -- Rich De Steno __________ View the list's information and change your settings at //www.freelists.org/list/programmingblind __________View the list's information and change your settings at //www.freelists.org/list/programmingblind
