Alex, you are right concerning the fact that it is hard to listen to somebody and listen to jaws in the same time. Anyway, I don't want to waste all day on phone, I'm not studying at university level to finally become help desk.

It is also difficult to repeat to somebody else what jaws is saying, while continuing to listen to jaws. I can't be fluently enough to give the impression that I'm reading... but I know a friend who can do that very well. You are right, that's a problem, but it is generally possible to avoid it. I can usually do so.
