Hi,
Good suggestion. Their basic subscription is $10 a month for a five book shelf. 
You can also call them up and tell them that you have a visual impairment and 
that you would like your account switched to a 508 setting. That will give you 
the ability to view graphically rich books in HTML view.

You might try safari books online.  I am using them to read oracle and Unix
manuals currently.
