Hey, isn't that the format used for the MSDN documentation that comes with
Visual Studio?

Subject: Reading and writing Windows .HXS files

Hi all!

I have a potential project where I am required to read and extract text
from Windows compiled help (.HXS) files. Is the file format
proprietary, or is the description of the file format available
somewhere? Even better would be some public domain C code that would
read these files.

Any information or sources for information would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
