Python is pretty hard accessible for the blind as a programming language, but I 
don't think you have this problem, because it is just a simple text, so why 
would you need to use the Jaws cursor for?

Do you have a problem accessing a certain graphical interface created in Python?
If yes, then not python is the problem, but that interface.

WXPython would be probably more accessible. (if this was the issue).
