Hi Ty,
I was thinking that if people don't want to actually write their
stories that I would call them maybe on Skype, get their permission to
record the conversation, just use it to write the story, then destroy
the recording. Each story would maybe be something like five or six
paragraphs. I'd ask you just a few questions and let you talk. I think
that it might influence other people who are blind, and those who work
with us, that we can really program, and be an encouraging thing.
I want to make NDN a really good resource, and it is on its way, so
you are going to get tired of hearing me talk about it, contribute, or
both. <grin>

And, now and then, you can actually be quite helpful. You know, in
dealing with people with significant disabilities, you need to be
prepared for people with attitudes. What amazes me is how many fully
blind people, who get screwed in so many ways, are kind, considerate,
and basically find a way not to seem like the angry SOBs they have a
right to be.
