Really? I have had an awful time with google audio captcha. Maybe it's
because I wear hearing aids??? I have spent ridiculous amounts of time
before calling in a sighted family member to do the graphic version. Oh,
and the numbers/letters are different in characters for some reason. Perhaps
this is to prevent using both to figure something out???
Anyway, what is your trick for getting past the captcha on google?
Thx.

I have found that Google's audio captia system works pretty well as it
doesn't require that you type all of the characters it speaks but, rather,
will accept a subset if they are in the correct order. I discovered this by
accident but tried a few more times and verified I was correct in this
guess.

I don't know how many of the characters are necessary to meet their
threshhold for acceptance but someone can probably interpolate and find out
if interested.

Yep, because MS doesn't use capcia or require you to do odd things when
you want to sign up.

Oh well, went to the sign up page and Google wants me to have an account

Hi Guys: JAVA eh. I am peeking at the new wp7 development environment,
Visual Studio stuff which sounds familiar but involves Silverlight and
XNA stuff that I have not worked with. I mighght take a peek at that
new Android list to see what accessibil development environment and
tools are used but so far I have not heard of anything as accessible
as the Visual Studio Environment for applying several technicals to
one application which all work together without too much fudging
around with compatibility and accessibility issues.
Anyway, it's worth a peek so i guess I'll sign up for a little while
to see what the guys are talking about. My guess is that that
environment will be frought with software and accessibility issues
based on JAVA, Google and other non coordinated software and
development environments when compared to staying in Visual Studio and
i'ts integrated development environment..

I just joined, even though I have an iPhone. I'm a programmer, and I'd
like to see how people are doing things with android. I hear it uses
java.

It seems that a lot of non-android people will get there only to see

Hello. I have created a new group for topics pertaining to
programming and developing for Android. This list is both for
blind
people who are developing or considering developing for Android
and for
anyone who wishes to incorporate accessibility into their
programs. This

list is of a more technical nature, and is not a place for
general new
user questions.

Here's the link to subscribe.
