Here's a link to at least one job in accessibility that Microsoft has. This
is on the IE test team for a test engineer in accessibility. I'm familiar
with this specific job because it is to join my team on the IE project.

I am thinking of moving back to the states in the near future. I was
wondering does anyone know if there are still any of those Microsoft
Accessibility jobs still open. I am out on their job page right now but
there are sure a lot of jobs to sort through so if someone had links
directly to their assistive technology stuff that would be cool.
