MSSQL Server admin tool

Ok, aside from the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express thing, just
wondering what other guys would use for things like creating/modifying tables,
and stored procedures, for backing up and restoring databases, etc. etc. for
something like either SQLServer express that gets installed with full version
of VS.Net 2008, or an actual MSSQL Server?
