Komodo Editor hot keys

I reformatted information I found in the Komodo user guide as follows.
Command categories end with a colon (:). Command names are seperated from
key bindings with an equals sign (=) -- sometimes, more than one key is
apparently available (or maybe the second one mentioned does a variation).
Chord sequences seperate keys with a comma (,).
