Jaws 9 runs on Vista with no tweaks. It's not like the older versions where
you have to change a bunch of stuff to get it to work better.  I run Vista
here with no changes except for look and feel ones.

Ok but if there is some general info about vista tweaking for better
acessibility with screen readers, i think that it could be useful to have it
somewhere.
