Not only does python run on the mac but wx widgets runs on the mac with
python and I know of woe commercial software close to me that runs under
python and wx widgets on both Mac and windows.

And the reason it is so popular is because it is cross platform.

Anyone here know objective C? Boy, Apple is going to marginalize
themselves with this move. Java is the most popular programming
language right now. Everywhere I've looked for the language to be
