I also could not get the installer to work.
I gave up figuring if SUN wouldn't even make the installer accessible, they
didn't deserve my support.
I use eclipse instead, or textpad, since most of what I write isn't that
complex.

Hello,
I haven't work or taken a closer look to java in last months, but when
I tried netbeans I couldn't even use the installer, nor the IDE
itself. Some dialogs were accessible, but only if activated and
managed with a mouse.
