hello,

the first things you need to do is to decide what kind of programming you are mainly interested in doing, web applications, or computer applications?

also do you want to use a mainline language that can span most areas like visual C# or something more basic and solitary like assembly?

there is a site that can help you with this, its called the fruit basket demo site, and it has a very similar program, the fruit basket, done in numerous languages and language versions so you can download the project, its source code, and if possible a executable of the compiled program in that language.

you can find this at:
http://FruitBasket.QuantumMyst.com

after you have answered these programs we can start directing you on where to go and what is available to you.

welcome,

Subject: Introduction and request

Dear List Members,
I am Khom Raj Sharma, a blind technology user from Nepal.
I am also a social entrepreneur working for IT access for the people
with visual impairment.

I am very much happy to be a member of this list.

I don't know any thing about programing but really interested to learn
therefore, could you please suggest me how can I start about it.
If any of you have any tutorials or manual about programming for the
beginners, it would be great if you could send it to me.

Looking forward to hear from you.

With very best wishes

Khom Raj Sharma
